Mr. Burke and Mrs Bitler, I am sorry for your experience and the miscommunication through our service department. I had a meeting and was told they made several attempts to call and left messages. There pay is based on getting you in and servicing your vehicle so it would have hurt them to have not made numerous efforts to replace the dash on your car. I am sorry to hear about Ben, I known him as a sales person who is very courteous and respectful, but unfortunately he is not working with us anymore. Our reputation means a lot to us and we try to go out of our way to make sure everyone is satisfied. The miscommunication is inexcusable and I am sorry for your experience. If there is anything I can do to salvage the dealerships relationship let me know. This is not just a stunt to try and improve the public review. well ben was suppose to get me mud flaps for the challenger but i dont have it, but i would like a set for the 2013 charger i have the part numbers for front and rear Part # 82212243 & 82212244 they are black and kinda low profile i can get them for $80 out the door from a dodge dealer on ebay, what can you do them for? and the review i will scrap it even if we dont do the mud flaps i just hate to do that and maybe it was just a mishap let me know thanks mike 982-3408
