Horrible! If I could give it negative stars I would but obviously I can't. I purchased a "new" 2026 Honda CR-V 7/06/26 and my salesman was Blaze Dabelgott. I picked the car up and Gavin Smith showed me a few things about the car and I was on my way. When I arrived home, I glanced down at my odometer and it had over 600 miles on it. The car on their website stated 23 miles on it and when I looked at my paperwork and that also said 23 miles on the NEW vehicle I paid for. I then contacted my salesman Mr. Dabelgott and no response and then I contacted Mr. Smith the other sales consultant that briefly showed me around the car when I picked it up and he did reply back but stated that was why I got such a great deal is because Mr. Dabelgott had to go to another dealership that was " several hours away" and they could pass on the savings to me. I had an incredibly hard time getting ahold of anyone up there and left messages and no one called me back and this goes for upper management down to the salesman. Only after I got a text about a customer service survey that I only got some attention. A manager (Mr. Cox) did contact me and said they were going to fix the paperwork and let me know when to come up and sign the new paperwork but weeks later I haven't received and communication from the manager on this issue. I expected better customer service, and I got the exact opposite will not recommend them do anyone. More

The next day I was greeted by Chris L., and I said this is GREAT Customer Service. He kept me updated about additional services I was getting; he handed me a free drink ticket, and the time went by so quickly. I worked on my laptop, and it was done. Chris even follow-up with a text to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Vandergriff Honda service center to everyone and ASK for Chris L. More

It says we can get a deal done and it will work out all he needed was about 30 minutes to an hour of my time at the dealership so I go up there I spent two hours sitting in a chair Yet to receive a single number until the assistant sales manager comes out and tries to weasel me into keeping my trade-in vehicle, which is unfeasible or somehow adding money into my loan to pay my car payments for the next year and a half, which seems very unethical. Stay far away from this dealership. More

I brought my daughter to the used car department to buy her first car and it has been a nightmare full of lies, deception and unprofessionalis years.
