Really upset with their service , I’ve never had a good experience taking my car to the service department. First time buying from a dealership because I was excited to have a warranty on my car as they pr experience taking my car to the service department. First time buying from a dealership because I was excited to have a warranty on my car as they promised , I bought a used 2019 Honda Civic back in September and since February the car battery kept dying, I took it to a Honda dealership and they said the battery was bad and Honda had installed a cheap brand battery instead of a Honda battery before selling me the car so it wasn’t covered by warranty. So even though they promised me warranty , they sold me a car with a different battery that I had to pay for. also one of my Honda sensors went bad and they aren’t fixing it for me either under warranty. I feel they just said anything to sell me the car and when it came to service they don’t want to have anything to do with it . More

We came in late November to look at a 2020 Honda Civic Coupe for a graduation gift. Upon arrival we properly greeted and went right back with Nate Olson, who we had an appointment with. Nate is a knowledgeable, humorous and personable individual. The type of person to make you feel at home. He was to the point, letting us know what he could and could not do. We came to an agreed price early on. We were then taken to finance where I believe we dealt with Charles who was wonderful. He took the time to explain adding our son to the remaining loan after down payment would also help him establish credit. So he took the extra step and was not a high pressure type of guy. Fast forward to February and our son turned on his air con for the first time and did not work. We dealt with Edgar in service who is very patient and professional, We hit a snag with the warranty and who was responsible. I composed an email to Yuni Chon and had a phone call from Mike Ellis within an hour. He also was professional and made sure we were taken care of as promised. At the end of the day Vandergriff went the extra mile for us and we will be a repeat customer. More
