Great experience overall from sale to service I purchased a Pilot from Vandergriff Honda earlier this year. I was nervous at first going there without my husband since he know more about cars than I purchased a Pilot from Vandergriff Honda earlier this year. I was nervous at first going there without my husband since he know more about cars than I do. But Marcus took great care of me. He was very helpful and patience with my endless questions. Just recently took it for an oil change and still received the same great service as I did the first time. Surprisingly, the wait wasn't long either. My coworker also bought a new car from them recently (thanks to me!). More

Vandergriff Honda is always a great experience for me especially. Whether trading up for a new vehicle or bringing my car in for service, I am always pleased with the service they provide. If they make a mistake they ALWAYS make it right and go out of their way to make the customer happy. My last purchase in 2011 was with Anna Lane. She is fantastic! My most recent experience was A+++ all the way around. I upgraded to a newer Accord and my Salesman was Main Hoque. He was very friendly, very professional and VERY knowledgeable. He took the time to go over every single detail from the most important detail to the smallest detail of the car. He even bought me lunch! I always refer friends and family to the Vandergriff Dealerships because I know they will be taken care of. I am very happy with the services they provide and will continue to do business with them. Sales consultants badly trained. Sales consultants and managers are very unprofessional and badly trained by Honda.They do not know how to explain the process and are deceitful just t Sales consultants and managers are very unprofessional and badly trained by Honda.They do not know how to explain the process and are deceitful just to get a sale.They are willing to let you take the car home and then call a week later and say "well you are approved with conditions" and when you meet the conditions, they will change the terms AGAIN!!.We do not recommend this place at all...They do not know how to treat the customers from the sales to the finance managers. We made 4 trips to negotiate the deals because HONDA changed them even though contracts have been signed and the terms met. NOT ONCE was a satisfactory answer given - fingers were always pointed from the sales to finance, but no one would take responsibility for the mistakes made. More

Not only was she more than helpful and informative on a sales level, she was also genuinely friendly and was willing to communicate with me on a human level. She's also willing to stay in contact through email, which I feel is far more effective than calling customers incessantly about their interest in making a purchase. How many of us honestly want to answer a phone call from a sales representative in the age of modern technology anyway? Furthermore, I know how difficult and intimidating it can be to walk into a dealership full of complete strangers, trying their best to make sure you don't leave their lot without making a huge financial commitment that very day. I didn't feel pressured at all when I showed up to this location, mostly because I was able to ask for a specific person after setting up an appointment that morning. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, ended up with my cute new Honda Fit, and would absolutely recommend Vandergriff Honda for your next vehicle purchase! More

Not very helpful for recalls - Go Elsewhere Don't waste your time using this dealership unless you like being told you are too stupid to read instructions. (May not have used those exact words but that is how I was treated.) I used their website to schedule an appointment for the recall service and received a confirmation it was approved. After waiting weeks to find the time to take my car in for a recall, I drive 30 minutes to the dealership only to be told that if I had read the notice I would have seen it said to call first, even pointing to the telephone number on the paper to show me I was too stupid to see it. While I may not be familiar with recall process, they should not have confirmed my appointment if I had to call them first. Needless to say, I will never buy another car from a place that treats people with such disrespect. More
FANTASTIC CAR EXPERIENCE I PURCHASED A 2015 HONDA CIVIC IN DECEMBER. MY SALES PERSON WAS KIANA, MANAGER GEORGE & FINANCE OFFICER TONY. THEY WERE AWESOME, KIANA ASKED ME WHAT I I PURCHASED A 2015 HONDA CIVIC IN DECEMBER. MY SALES PERSON WAS KIANA, MANAGER GEORGE & FINANCE OFFICER TONY. THEY WERE AWESOME, KIANA ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED IN A CAR AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED FOR. THEN WHEN I TALKED TO GEORGE I TOLD HIM MY SITUATION BOTH OF THEM WERE COMPASSIONATE OF WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH. I LET THEM KNOW THAT I HAD A VERY BAD YEAR AND I WAS JUST LOOKING AND DIDN'T INTEND TO BUY AT THAT TIME. I WANTED TO WAIT FOR THE FIRST OF THE YEAR TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. AFTER TALKING TO GEORGE HE TOLD ME INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR THE NEW YEAR, TAKE THE YEAR OUT WITH SOMETHING NEW. I WAS AFRAID THAT I WOULD GET A LEMON SINCE THE REST OF MY YEAR WAS BAD. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD TO GO HOME TO PRAY FIRST BEFORE I MADE A DECISION, PLUS MY BANK GAVE ME A LOAN AND I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD GIVE ME A BETTER DEAL. GEORGE ASKED ME IF I WANTED HIM TO PRAY WITH ME. BEFORE I LEFT HE PRAYED INSIDE THE CAR WITH ME. THAT WAS REALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS JOB. I APPRECIATED THAT SO MUCH. WHEN I MEET TONY IN FINANCE, HE WAS HELPFUL ALSO. WHEN HE HEARD MY STORY HE HELPED ME WITH THE EXTRA PROTECTIONS THAT I PURCHASED. HE OFFERED TO BUY ME LUNCH IF THE BANK WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A BETTER DEAL. (I WAS WISHING THAT THEY DID). HE WAS RIGHT THE BANK DIDN'T GIVE ME A BETTER DEAL. GEORGE WAS LETTING ME TEST DRIVE FOR 3 DAYS SO I COULD SEE IF I WANTED TO GET THE CAR . KIANA TOOK ME TO DROP OFF THE CAR I WAS DRIVING. THAT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER ALSO. THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A BETTER DEAL FOR ME. I WENT BACK TO RESIGN THE PAPERWORK. THAT'S WHEN I WAS TAUGHT HOW TO WORK ALL MY FEATURES. THE LADY WAS PLEASANT AND PATIENT WITH ME. SHE MADE SURE I KNEW HOW TO WORK THEM BEFORE I LEFT. I CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME.THEY TRULY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT.
