I received a recall letter for the door latches on my 2012 Honda CRV. I called Frank Garza, the service manager at Vandergriff Honda in Arlington Texas. Frank immediately verified that my Honda was in need of this repair and he promptly scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. On the day of my appointment, Howard Russell met me at the service center. He was waiting for me, escorted me into the dealership lounge and made sure I had a beverage and a comfortable place to wait for my service to be completed. In the mean time, Jessica Ruggero, my sales rep met me and together we went into the showroom and looked at the new Honda Accord! Wow, what a beautiful new vehicle! I sat in the car and saw all kinds of new features and was happy she thought of my husband and me when this new vehicle came in. Howard checked on me to advise me that my recall service was nearly finished and a final call advised me that repair was completed and my car had been given a complimentary wash! This is the fifth Honda we've purchased from Vandergriff Honda. It's the service and the way all the employees are part of a family that makes this dealership stand out from the rest. We were coming to the end of our lease and to be honest I was not looking forward to the experience of haggling over another car. I spoke with Patrick on a visit there and he mentioned what I was looking for was not looking forward to the experience of haggling over another car. I spoke with Patrick on a visit there and he mentioned what I was looking for but pretty much left it at that until his phone call. I explained what we were looking for and what we had to work with and in short Patrick was great with helping us out! He never pushed or made you feel rushed and followed up after the whole process with a phone call and an email to make sure we were happy. I have to say Patrick is definitely someone I would buy from again or recommend. You will never get the tough salesman's push from him, he is just a friendly down to earth individual. We also dealt with Dustin Helt and he was just as nice. He helped us get through the finance portion of this with as little effort as possible. We had a small glitch due to a fraud alert my wife has set on her accounts and I was not the nicest individual when called the next day after working a double but Dustin maintained his professionalism and worked with me to resolve it. I highly recommend both both of these gentlemen to anyone! More

Took my car in for its 30,000 service. I spoke with Mike Symank who took really good care of me. He was very informative in explaining everything that was going to be done. I came home with a 2012 Accord yesterday . I have to say from salesperson to fiancé department everyone was so helpful and kind . On July 11, 2012, I took my 2003 Honda Pilot to be serviced. I encountered a slight problem with the car vibrating when accelerating around 55-60 mph. After considering the mileage and the year of the car, he recommended services that totaled over $1,800. He took the time to listen to the description of our problem as well as explaining to us his recommendations. At the point of payment, he even tried his best to help us save some money with his manager. Although the saving was not significant with what we have to pay, we could tell Tracy did his best. He even offered free detail for my car and advised that I come in the morning of a week day to avoid rush. Yesterday I decided to drop off my Honda for the free detail. When I went to pick up my car after the service department ( not the express service department) had closed, he came out to greet me and offered to drive the car out of the garage for me. He asked me if i was satisfied with the detailing work. I have not gotten a chance to check it out thoroughly, but I just noticed the side window had a little smudge. After telling him about the smudge, Tracy quickly offered to bring a cloth and spray to clean off the smudge. He spent some more time explaining to me the feature of the newer Honda models that takes care of blind spot issue. Being in the service field myself, I know Tracy goes an extra mile to make a customer satisfied. Even though I was in a hurry to leave, I sensed Tracy shows that he cares. It matters to most people when we have such a great customer service and I want to acknowledge that. Thank you very much Tracy! You make a difference!!! More
