I have a 2002 Honda and received a recall for the air bags. Being concerned I took my car to the dealer that I had bought the car from, Vandergriff Honda. I had not returned to this dealership in a couple of years because of a bad experience with the service department.I explained this to Mike and with his attention to my needs and friendly experience this morning, my mind was changed to a good visit. I believe Mike explained in detail what my car needed and I was able to understand and not pushed or rushed to any decision.
