Car maintenance and service can be a nightmare for those of us who know little or nothing about the cars we drive, and we have all heard nightmare stories about car repairs that were incompetent, or even di of us who know little or nothing about the cars we drive, and we have all heard nightmare stories about car repairs that were incompetent, or even dishonest, especially when the mechanics were dealing with women clients. Vandergriff Honda service is exactly the opposite. My adviser there has been Chris Gonzalez for the last few years. (In the past, other service advisers have also been excellent, so I have a lot of confidence in Vandergriff Honda Service Department, overall.) Chris brings his depth of knowledge and outstanding communication skills for explaining what needs to be done and why to the maintenance and repair process, as well as great kindness and sensitivity when discussing options his customers. I don't know whether this service shop accepts cars other than Hondas, but I recommend that anyone who drives any car call them before settling for a different service shop, and if you drive a Honda, no question. In my experience, you will not get more reliable, high quality car service or more competent advice anywhere else. Thank you, Chris! More

Mr. Hoque was very clear and all business options available, and expressed his beliefs about advantages of some options clearly but without pressure. One could not hope for a less stressful car buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Vandergriff Honda to anyone who wants or needs a new car, and would particularly recommend that he or she work with Jaye Parsons to do so. One may not have a choice when the process reaches finance office stage, so may not be able to request Salah specifically, but you can choose your own sales adviser. Instead of "hard sell" tactics with pressure, Jaye Parsons will actually help you understand why prices are what they are, and help you reach a fair agreement on whatever vehicle meets your needs.
