Car maintenance and service can be a nightmare for those of us who know little or nothing about the cars we drive, and we have all heard nightmare stories about car repairs that were incompetent, or even di of us who know little or nothing about the cars we drive, and we have all heard nightmare stories about car repairs that were incompetent, or even dishonest, especially when the mechanics were dealing with women clients. Vandergriff Honda service is exactly the opposite. My adviser there has been Chris Gonzalez for the last few years. (In the past, other service advisers have also been excellent, so I have a lot of confidence in Vandergriff Honda Service Department, overall.) Chris brings his depth of knowledge and outstanding communication skills for explaining what needs to be done and why to the maintenance and repair process, as well as great kindness and sensitivity when discussing options his customers. I don't know whether this service shop accepts cars other than Hondas, but I recommend that anyone who drives any car call them before settling for a different service shop, and if you drive a Honda, no question.
