I called and talked to Mike about my 2005 Honda Accord radio problem. He took the time to explain what my issue was as a result of changing my car battery. Since I bought my car used a few months ago I di radio problem. He took the time to explain what my issue was as a result of changing my car battery. Since I bought my car used a few months ago I didn't know about some of the features my car had. He invited me to stop by for quick visit with the assurance he would take care of me at no charge. When I stopped by he showed what to do and had me ready to go in just a few minutes. It was pretty neat seeing a cafe in a dealership and he even got me a Coke. I think I will do my service here with Mike in the future. Mike and I had a nice talk and compared prices of maintenance to other places. I was surprised that Vandergriff Honda prices are right there with everybody else. Great place and great people! Thanks Mike and I will see you next oil change. More

This was my second attempt to establish an "appointment" for two recall issues on my 2008 Honda Fit. My first experience was not good. I was told the part had to be ordered - there was a wait for the time to be done - the car would need to be left for several days - and that I would need to provide my own transportation to/from the service department. Although I do not remember the name of the person involved - this took place in January, 2012. I live alone with no means to follow the forementioned provisions, I did not follow through. I am employed in Seattle, Wa. so the logistics of this not possible. Having a few days off this week, I tried again. Mr. Symark was MOST ACCOMODATING. Not only did he call my attention to another recall issue, he scheduled a time at my convenience for the repair work. Offering as well to provide "shuttle service" if needed. When I arrived for my appointment yesterday, Mr. Symank greeted me by name - told me I could wait the approximate two hours needed - making the visit quite comfortable and a good use of my time there instead of waiting for transportation from/back to the dealership. Had I had the same experience as I did in January, I would not have tried to fulfill this recall notice and it would surely have affected my feelings for Honda vehicles. Largely due to my experience AND having driven MY Fit, my husband purchased a newer Honda Fit in Seattle Washington. Although the work that was done was $0.00 out of pocket to me, the way Mike treated me reinforced my Honda vehicle ownership and will probably remain so for life. More

When leasing another vehicle I will definitely ask for these two gentlemen, and I recommend you do the same if you are in the market to purchase or lease a Honda. I purchased a CRV and am loving it!
