I would have given a review of Great, but my visit was a bit long. I got there when they opened at 8:00am on a Saturday and didn't get home until 12:00pm. Considering drive time of ten minutes I thought it was long. However, to the service departments credit, the place was packed and it didn't let up. When I left customers were still coming in. I think that is a testament to the quality of the work they do. I had my car inspected (this involved replacing a tire and a headlamp) and an oil change. The work they did was very good as usual. I have purchased 3 cars from them and have used their service department for all maintenence. My rating may be a bit unfair considering the amount of work done. Jose was very polite, explained everything in detail and even got me a discount on the tire I purchased. Great company, Great service and quality work at a reasonable price. I already have plans to purchase my fourth car from Vadergriff Honda. More

I came into Vandergriffs to have my 2006 Pilot serviced.In talking to Mike Symank about my thoughts on owning a Ridgeline someday he had Ladd Hodgins give me a call.I was able to sit down and talk serviced.In talking to Mike Symank about my thoughts on owning a Ridgeline someday he had Ladd Hodgins give me a call.I was able to sit down and talk to Ladd about 3 possible Ridgelines on the lot.He brought Jim Le into conversation and after looking at my options and financing avilable,I thought I should wait until my situation was little better.No pressure was applied and my Pilot was finished with its service.When I am ready I will be back at Vandergriffs Honda to get that Ridgeline thanks to the new friends I have made here.GOD BLESS. I came in to the used car dealership and was taken to the vehicle I had seen online. The truck was as clean as the pictures online. After little thinking I made a deposit on the truck, it was already 8pm by vehicle I had seen online. The truck was as clean as the pictures online. Mr. Washington didn't push to close the deal instead he took my deposit and we set a time to come back and finish the paperwork. I came back in and finished the paperwortk the next day, and drove off in my new truck. He took control of the situation and guaranteed my car would be ready, cleanded and detailed by the same afternoon and promised to look to ensure no other damage was done.. Well, my care was ready that same afternoon with a guarantee no other damage had been found. I had the best customer service ever!!!
