My car had some problems and I knew it! Air conditioner, oil leak, tires that were losing air - it was time for a trip to Vandergriff. I greatly appreciated being kept in the loop so there were no surprises at the end. I had quite a bit of work done on my car, and it had to stay at the dealership for several days. Charlie Evans and Patrick Jordan went the extra mile to get me a loaner car so I would not be without transportation during that time. It is a huge blessing to be able to work with a dealership that goes to such lengths to take care of their customers. Little things matter - like complimentary beverages on a hot day, a free car wash/vacuum - when it comes right down to it. The work I've had done at Vandergriff has always, always, always been excellent. I trust Vandergriff to take care of our vehicles - and that's why we'll keep coming back to Vandergriff when it's time for the next vehicle purchase! More

Mike was very helpful in assisting me prioritizing the repairs, as I could not afford to do everything that was recommended, including the items I came with the intention of having done. As for pricing, the dealership where I bought the car from is twice as far for me to drive, but their price for the 90,000 service was just over one half of what Vandergriff ended up charging me. I think I will be somewhat more hesitant to go back to Vandegriff if that price variance continues. However, I have no complaints regarding the quality of work that was performed. More

I pulled up in my civic for a sun visor recall. He acknowledged me, but was busy on both the phone and computer. He told me that he will help me. I gave Mr. Breck Lowe my car keys and pointed my car out. He then introduced himself and mentioned the blue coin to get free drink. I waited about two hours to get my civic sun visor recall done. As I was waiting, I noticed Mr. Lower walking in back and forth several times to helping other customers. He appeared professional to each customer. I would also like to recommend Mr. Lowe for the possibility of a management position. Based on my experience today, it is clear that Mr. Lowe has what it takes to be promoted, if not a management.
