I pulled up in my civic for a sun visor recall. He acknowledged me, but was busy on both the phone and computer. He told me that he will help me. I gave Mr. Breck Lowe my car keys and pointed my car out. He then introduced himself and mentioned the blue coin to get free drink. I waited about two hours to get my civic sun visor recall done. As I was waiting, I noticed Mr. Lower walking in back and forth several times to helping other customers. He appeared professional to each customer. I would also like to recommend Mr. Lowe for the possibility of a management position. Based on my experience today, it is clear that Mr. Lowe has what it takes to be promoted, if not a management.
