My CR-V was indicating that service was required. I called Chris Gonzalez (my service advisor) and explained that my dad was seriously ill. Time away from him had to be at a very minimum. Well, we purchased our new Honda Cr-V and took delivery back in April of this year. The only thing missing was the rear delector and the left rear door had a small belmish in the paint. Not to worry said M back in April of this year. The only thing missing was the rear delector and the left rear door had a small belmish in the paint. Not to worry said Mike, as soon as we have the deflector bring the car in and we will bolt on the deflector and fix the paint. Here we are it's July 10 and no sign of the rear deflector. I called up Vandergriff and Mike was out sick. Frank Garzer promised he would check the status of the part and call me back. He did call me back and confirmed that he part was in and we made arrangements to drop off the CR-V. Fast forward to July 19, we left the car with Mike who had returned from being sick and had immediately called me to confirm the appoinment. We left the car with him, he not only had the rear deflector bolted on and the paint belmish fixed he had the car washed and ready to go with the engine running, ac on and gave us each a free bottle of water to help keep the heat at bay. Mike also had time to call me to keep me up to date on the progress of the car through the shop. What more could a customer ask for? Mike keep up the excellant work, your personal touch is he difference between Vandergriff Honda and other Honda dealerships! More
I always go to Vandergriff Honda for my service needs and they always take care of me and my CRV! I leave with a perfectly serviced AND washed vehicle. Just what I like. Howard is a great employee for vandergriff! I have had four Hondas and with the last one, Howard took very good care of me as a customer and the maintenance on my car. Mike quoted me a price for my services and stuck with that price. Being a woman, you hate to deal with maintenance issues because you feel that when they see you their is a "sucker" sign on your forehead that price. I usually feel like slime when I leave a dealership service area always wondering if what they suggested was what I really needed or were they tyring to pad the bill but I felt at peace with Mike and the quote he gave and the final price with a discount. Definitely one of my better experiences. More
