Mike quoted me a price for my services and stuck with that price. Being a woman, you hate to deal with maintenance issues because you feel that when they see you their is a "sucker" sign on your forehead that price. I usually feel like slime when I leave a dealership service area always wondering if what they suggested was what I really needed or were they tyring to pad the bill but I felt at peace with Mike and the quote he gave and the final price with a discount. Howard is was great, I initially went in for a regular oil change and they thought I might have an oil leak. I just had the oil plan replaced a few months ago, so Howard did a recheck for me and everythin oil change and they thought I might have an oil leak. Came in to the dealer of vandergriff honda 2011 and the problem that I have is its the same for the last9months nowto make a long story short that car dies on me and this time it did it the the middle of t problem that I have is its the same for the last9months nowto make a long story short that car dies on me and this time it did it the the middle of the freeway all most got hit by a truck from behind.brought it back to the dealer they call there fixing it and it did it again two days later.so they sent me over to the dodge dealer and by the way we no the warranty wasn't going to cover this problem but venny told the services guy that they would still pay the copay in which is a 100.00 dollars.it was time for venny and his dealer to pay he avoids the dodge dealership service peoplethey also told me don't worry if the warranty don't fix it well wait until we get to that until then when they find out what it is we will put you in a rental car and when it came down he call me and said they wasn't paying for it and they still didn't pay the service guy of Holt dodge. always remember this God is watching you guys vandergriff Honda. He did not hesitate to get me a courtesy vehicle when I needed one. The service was fully covered by warranty so cannot comment on price. More
