I keep coming back to Vandergriff Honda because of the service during and especially after the sale. Charlie Evans creates a positive costumer environment for everyone. Every time I have taken mine or my spouse's car in to be serviced we are created by Chris with our name (pronounced correctly). He takes his time to give us an accurate estimate on time and cost of the service. And his estimates have almost always been on, or lower, than the one we got when we drove in. Our cars always come back clean and ready to drive. More

I was advised that it would be a long appointment and though the waiting area is very comfortable and inviting, I did opt to use the shuttle service. This place was fantastic! I have been to a variety of dealerships for service calls on our vehicles and Vandergriff Honda far outweighs them all. Their waiting area for guest services is comparable to any stylish cafe or coffee hangout spot. The facilities were great, the service was great and their speed of getting you in and out was great. The only thing I would have them change is to make the temperature about 5-10 degrees cooler in the waiting area, of course others may say they would prefer it to be 5-10 degrees warmer, eh . . . So it goes for personal preferences. 5 stars for Vandergriff Honda! More
