First of all I was a little apprehensive about the whole car buying process..But from the initial phone call to me driving away in my Certified Honda Accord was so very pleasant. Our Honda CRV needed a 20,000 mile checkup and Chris made the appointment when I called. He was very helpful in answering my questions on milage for service needs, costs of certain services, and about makin the appointment when I called. Upon arrival at Vandergriff Honda, he had paperwork ready for signing in and offered tokens for counter drinks there at service department. Since we had errands to run, he said he would call when the car was ready and in less than an hour he called with a finished report. Again, paperwork was ready for payment and the car was all clean and ready to take home. Quick, efficient, and most professionally friendly! Chris made it all happen like clockwork without delays.
