I was notified, via mail, that my 2003 Honda Element had a potential problem with the ignition switch. I made arrangements to have Vandergriff Honda of Arlington, Texas to handle this problem which had act a potential problem with the ignition switch. I made arrangements to have Vandergriff Honda of Arlington, Texas to handle this problem which had actually never been a problem for me. The very fact that Honda was concerned about my 9 year old car impressed me. I was also impressed with the customer representative with whom I dealt, Michael Symank. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. I waited on the service to be performed, without having any idea how long it might take. It did take a while, but I got so much more for the time spent than I ever antiicpated. The service department did a complete and thorough examination of my car and Michael Symank explained the analysis to me with emphasis on potential future problems and cautionary items. I was very impressed with the content of the examination report and the very helpful way it was presented to me by Michael. I will remember my visit with a very favorable opinion and will heartily recommend Vandergriff Honda and the service department to friends and relatives.
