Buying a car has typically not been a great experience for my family. Ronda definitely changed that. I was extremely disappointed that we waited 45 minutes to sign paperwork in finance. Once we got there, the finance rep refused to listen to us and was ridiculously pushy. I understand the T’s his job, but he refused to take no for an answer. He literally soured my experience and put me in a bad mood. More
