We were offered beverages and then dined at the cafe while our paperwork was prepared. We were told about additional options without feeling pressured into purchasing. We were guided through the interior features which included the blue tooth handsfree connection and memory seating. We absolutely love the Crosstour. It drives very smoothly and has a feeling of luxury comparable to Acura's we have owned in the past without the cost. Our family and friends have been so impressed with our new car and we have raved about the team at Vandergriff. This is our second purchase from Vandergriff Honda and we intend to return in the future. More

Also, the paperwork, finance guys, and every employee down to the detail guys were very accomadative during our process of purchasing our 2009 Honda Pilot. The Pilot was a great fit for us as well as Vandergriff Honda. They have earned our lifetime business. We will be going back soon to purchase a new second vehicle as soon as our family can swing it. Jason saw I was driving a Honda and asked about my driving experience with this product. I love my Honda, but I wanted a new vehicle and I wanted to look at the CRV. The whole demo from driving the vehicle and full explanations of products offered was the best. There was no hard sell for unnecessary accessories. He clearly wanted to help me purchase a Honda with everything I wanted in order to make this a great driving experience. During the sale process, I never felt pressured to hurry up and sign. I was never pressured to finance or make any financial decisions that were not my preference. When the car was delivered to me, Frank Garza, the Service Manager introduced himself, went over the car with me and arranged for my Bluetooth phone connection. Before I left the dealership, every department that I may need future assistance from was introduced to me, I met people that I knew would be there to take care of anything that I might need further information or service on my new Honda.
