Worst car buying experience ever. Very pushy and lie straight to your face. When I called them on it they admitted that what we were told by their employees was a lie but now that the deal is done ther straight to your face. When I called them on it they admitted that what we were told by their employees was a lie but now that the deal is done there is nothing they can do about it. They will not take their car back just because you fell for their deception. Oh yeah, they conveniently forget to tell you that all of your private conversations are being VIDEOTAPED. Only found this out when the Sales Manager let it slip that he would have to review the tape to confirm the lies we were told. More

Despite warnings from friends, I went to this nearby dealership hoping to buy a new car. I had financing already in hand, picked out a car, came up with a price, and everyone was all smiles. But then dealership hoping to buy a new car. I had financing already in hand, picked out a car, came up with a price, and everyone was all smiles. But then the staff tried to bully me into using Honda financing despite that I already had financing. No more smiles when I said no. I eventually had to walk out. I guess I will listen to my friends in the future. More
