He was willing to let me spend plenty of time looking, so I didn't feel rushed. Only complaint is that it took awhile to meet with the finance department and sign the papers once I finished with the sales process, I think we were waiting for like 45 minutes, but could be because it was busy on a Saturday. Not the worst problem to have. All in all a positive experience, and I got a good car I'm happy with. More

The worst car buying experience I’ve had. I was approved I signed a contract with payment I wanted everything was good. One week later I was called back in to Resign my contract saying I was never approved I signed a contract with payment I wanted everything was good. One week later I was called back in to Resign my contract saying I was never approved and they finally found a bank to take my loan with a higher interest Rate and higher car payment. The finance guy tells me this is the deal we have for you take it or leave it. Will get you your down payment back right now and you can go on your way. I waited almost a hour to be told that.
