Great Experience with Charles Bright Charles did a great job working with us to get the car we wanted. My only gripe with Vandegriff Honda was how long it took get through the financing. We had to speak to multiple people and each one was pushing a different form of extended warranty. One person would leave the room and "tag" another person to come in. I am certain there is a better way for Finance to go about this that is more sensitive to the customers time. More

I shared with him what we were going for, and he took it from there... giving me a few options to look at and letting me test drive some vehicles. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Honda Pilot from him nearly two weeks later, and across that time he was never impatient or pushy with me.
