Poor salesperson knowledge and experience Vandegriff Honda was a terrible experience. I was at the dealership for 7 hours and I arrived with financing approved/ready to go. I felt very pushed and describe it as epitome of the used car salesman experience. The salesperson did not provide me an overview of the vehicle or introduce me to the car's technology/interface and I am still youtube'ing to figure it out.. The car was not very clean when I took possession and the wipers already need to be replaced (i bought a certified pre owned). Why was the car not cleaned thoroughly while I was there for 7 hours? Great dealership facilities but poor service/low quality of employees. I purchased the retail MPP warranty because I do not trust the dealership or have faith in their inspection and honesty. They are also requesting I drive 1.5 hours back to the dealership two weeks after I purchased the car to pick up the extra key. The car sat on their lot for a month - why was the extra key not made and ready for me to take home with the car? Very frustrating. They are also not willing to mail me the plates and registration. They are requesting I drive back to the dealership to pick them up as well. More
