I would like to take time to thank Cade Simpson who has been great throughout my recent transaction helping my brother in law get a new civic. Cade not only assisted and gave us a great deal but also kept in touch wirh me after my previous experiance there when I purchased my 08 infini M35. Cade the GSM and Yuni the GM both called after I left the negative feedback I left and apologized for all that I experienced and asked to give them a chance to make things right and to re earn my business and they weren’t lying. Cade worked on my brother in laws car deal over texts and phone and made it happen for us. All we did that night is walk in, sign the paperwork and leave an hour later. And not only that, but he discounted the car making the deal even sweeter. These folks at Honda truly care and want to make things right. They took the time to prove that and I couldn’t be more appreciative and happier. I will definitely be back again and they have definitely earned my business again. It’s one thing to Apologize for a horrible experience and one thing to put that apology in action which is exactly what Cade did. In fact, the service I received made me forget about my previous experience. These days you don’t see stores or businesses especially car dealers in the business care to the point of contacting you to apologize and go through to with their promise and by who?
