Never Again Will I go to this Dealership!! For starters my Sales person was AJ Singleton, let's say this experience was no where near acceptable. First of all I was approached by this black sales manager he was caramel colored, he walks up to my friend and I whom introduces himself with winking and flirting with us which was already HIGHLY inappropriate, Previously I spoke to AJ via phone consulting on what my best options would be to finance a pre-owned vehicle he proceeded to run my credit & mentioned I was approved with NO Co-Signer & No Money (Lies, Lies,Lies) down once I got to the dealership is when EVERYTHING CHANGED I got there this man got me all excited looking at cars and so forth. Once that was complete once again this black sales manager sat down and approached me with " So this is the way you talk to grown men aka adults" I Said thats very rude , once I was walking out AJ came out Side and offered me a THC infused E-Cigarette, & the Sales Manager gave my friend his card and told her to text him... What kind of xxxx show is being ran here????? More

Broken cars and rude salesmen. Was interested in a 2008 Chevy suburban so I called this dealership and make sure it was still available in that vehicle is in good shape. Got a call back stating vehicle was in great shape set appointment to test drive. Showed up to test drive vehicle vehicle wasn’t very poor shape and was making a squealing sound. Salesman was not knowledgeable and very rude. While discussing what was wrong with vehicle his cell phone rang he answered walked away while we were having a conversation did not even say excuse me. Took my concerns to a manager he told me he would take vehicle in to get serviced and still have not heard back from him this is been almost a week ago. The only reason they are getting one star is because I can’t leave zero stars on here. Dealership was unfriendly and felt like we were bothering everybody there.
