Good, but not great --lots of hassle I bought a 2015 honda CRV and then traded it in for a 2016 Honda CRV that had a little more features. Charlie Martinez helped me for about 15 mins and I bought a 2015 honda CRV and then traded it in for a 2016 Honda CRV that had a little more features. Charlie Martinez helped me for about 15 mins and then had to go home. He handed me off to Sergio who was very helpful and took care of me. Vashal was my finance guy, he was nice and courteous but not meticulous. My address was wrong and then my payoff amount on my car was wrong, i'm still working on this headache without any call backs for about 2 weeks now. I would think twice before going back... or just work with Sergio and a new finance guy. More

Bad experience Ask for best deal car was a little over 25 thousand. Brandon Iraheta came back with 33,000. I ask him where he got that price he said on the other sid Ask for best deal car was a little over 25 thousand. Brandon Iraheta came back with 33,000. I ask him where he got that price he said on the other side of sticker, it was really 27,000. We almost left and the manger came out and we told him they shouldn't charge more than the price on the car. We bought the car for a little less than 28,000. Financial manager tried to sell us a warranty, finally got it across to him we weren't buying. I don't expect special treatment for being senior citizen but you shouldn't try to take advantage of us either. I will not recommend Vandergriff Honda.
