Patience Robert Stone is an excellent salesman. I was very leery about working with Vandergriff because my best friends dealt with Vandergriff Honda and said Robert Stone is an excellent salesman. I was very leery about working with Vandergriff because my best friends dealt with Vandergriff Honda and said it was the most horrible experience they had. But Robert was very awesome. He was never pushy and very very patient with me. I was also considering a Honda and was also checking other dealerships but once I started talking to Robert I knew I didn't want to work with anyone else. He treated me with respect and patience even though I was a pain and it took me a couple of weeks to actually come up there. There were a few times I didn't even show up for our appointments because I was just not sure. When I did make it in I also worked with Patrick and he was very young but nice. He was knowledgeable on everything with car which made it nice. There was back and forth with the car payments but it was eventually worked out and I was very happy with my choice. I am praying that the service staff is as good as Robert. More

2017 SUV I was greeted by Mr. Collins who I had been talking to for a few days before coming up to the dealership. He introduced me to Mr. Rushing who showed I was greeted by Mr. Collins who I had been talking to for a few days before coming up to the dealership. He introduced me to Mr. Rushing who showed me SUV's that I asked for. Mr. Rushing took me for a test drive and went over everything in the car and how things work. Mr. Rushing took my application and came back in a timely manner and got me approved for my new 2017 SUV. The I was introduced to Mr. Carter who was great. Mr. Carter went over everything step by step about my financing the SUV. He made understand everything I was getting and how much my SUV was going to cost me. The a few days later he called to see how I like my SUV. Great Teamwork. More
Very dissatisfied! I would like to start by explaining my experience at Vandergriff service. I brought my vehicle in on October 25th to get my power steering fluid ch I would like to start by explaining my experience at Vandergriff service. I brought my vehicle in on October 25th to get my power steering fluid changed, my indoor trunk latch replaced, and to troubleshoot a problem with the computer inside, pertaining to phone calls received and no name from contacts appearing. Wednesday afternoon I received a call from Keith Samuels saying “ We have found a part locally for the trunk button and if I would like to leave the vehicle to be worked on when they received the part on Thursday”. I told him to keep the vehicle, so I would not have to bring it in the morning, again. Thursday afternoon I received another call from Keith to let me know that the whole trunk mechanism needed to be replaced and the part would be sent overnight, so they could replace it on Friday, October 27th and the vehicle would be ready about noon. I called at 2:44pm on Friday to find out if my car was ready, was told Keith was not working and they would leave a message with a service department person to call me on the status of my vehicle. By 5:30 I had not heard from anyone and decided to go to Vandergriff to get my vehicle. When I arrived, they could not find my key. Apparently, the key was mislabeled with the wrong number. I waited for the bill and was told that “ no work was done on the vehicle”. Spoke to the Service Director, Carlos A. Fonseca. He had no knowledge of incident and promised to call me Saturday to explain why my car was there for 3 days with no work being done on it. Saturday came, no call! Called and left him a message around 4pm. To this day I have never received a call from him with an explanation! I am so disappointed with the customer service at Vandergriff service department! I believe that Carlos doesn’t value his customers. It makes me sad to think that this is the way that he conducts business. More
