2018 Elantra purchase from Vandergriff Professional and reasonable was my experience with my 2018 Elantra. I went to purchase a 2017 Elantra but was shown what a great deal it would be for Professional and reasonable was my experience with my 2018 Elantra. I went to purchase a 2017 Elantra but was shown what a great deal it would be for the 2018 especially since I wanted a very basic car. All 2017s had additional add ons that I didn't want. Frustrated Tried setting up an appointment to get some recall work done. Dealer said they would have someone call back to set it up. Nobody called back! Finally Tried setting up an appointment to get some recall work done. Dealer said they would have someone call back to set it up. Nobody called back! Finally called back a week later to set up an appointment and again they said someone would call right back. After about 5 hrs. nothing. So I called back again and asked what's up and finally talked to a guy named Keith. He set me up and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. Seemed like since my service wasn't generating any $$$ they weren't too interested in doing the work. Once they did the work, they did a great job! Changed my oil and washed car at no charge! More

They both performed their roles very well, and I especially liked going to an empty parking lot and going through the whole care from stem to stern. There were problems that I had with Hyundai products in the past that have been remedied, and I think that the sales people can proudly present this vehicle, the Santa Fe Sport, for sale.
