Horrible Service This was my 8-9th visit in 2017. First go around was the beginning of 2017 with my back left brake light not working. I had told them I knew there h This was my 8-9th visit in 2017. First go around was the beginning of 2017 with my back left brake light not working. I had told them I knew there had to be a short in it, logically, cause it would come off and on. I had to return about 5 times until they FINALLY replaced the whole fixture. Mind you, a loaner was not given during this time. Then this last time around, I had had to go back 4 times. They had "fixed" the issue of the air bag and after the next day of receiving my car back, the light came back on again. Also, the tech did not plug in all the wires within the console of my car. Had to put it back in again. I got a shuttle and the young man made me late getting to work and then picked me up an hour late from work because someone at the dealership forgot to put me on the list and then his directions sent him to Grand Prairie which is 20 mins away. The servicing manager, Carlos, finally got involved and I told them I needed a loaner this time around because I'm tired of depending on a shuttle that was not dependable. I will say there was an older gentleman who, when he was able to shuttle me, did a terrific job and got me to and from where I needed in a timely matter. I still cannot believe the customer service with Vandergriff Hyundai was so incredibly horrible. I have my own clients that I deal with on a daily basis and would never ever treat them this way. More

My Buying Experience at Vandergriff Genesis The buying experience was generally good. I was disappointed that dealer add-ons were not disclosed until price negotiation began. They wanted to cha The buying experience was generally good. I was disappointed that dealer add-ons were not disclosed until price negotiation began. They wanted to charge thousands for a wax job, seat treatment and nitrogen-filled tires, none of which I would have paid for. The window tint I would have wanted. Fortunately most of this cost miraculously went away in the final deal. More

He did not mess around and try to show us other stuff or upsell a larger vehicle - straight to what we asked for. Then he threw down an unbeatable price to my wife while my daughter and I crossed the other four lots and looked the the other cars in her desired size and class. When my wife caught up to us with the offer, we stopped and went straight back and left with my daughter's future car (that WE get to enjoy until she earns her license in a year and a half). Finance was smooth and to the point - no double speak or "what the heck are you saying?" And we got a great rate on our auto finance. More
