When my wife caught up to us with the offer, we stopped and went straight back and left with my daughter's future car (that WE get to enjoy until she earns her license in a year and a half). Finance was smooth and to the point - no double speak or "what the heck are you saying?" And we got a great rate on our auto finance. More

I was concerned about hidden fees or service contracts upon arrival based on previous experience. I was thrilled to see the deal go down exactly as agreed to including our trade-in numbers without actually seeing the vehicle first. "Buyer Beware' - Dealer has not delivered all items sold (but missing at time of delivery) and did not convey that the tires have no warranty.
