Overall satisfied I was able to get the online price of the car only after hours spent at the dealership and was initially told the online "Final" price was not really I was able to get the online price of the car only after hours spent at the dealership and was initially told the online "Final" price was not really the true price with some excuse. I understand that this might be common business practice among many dealerships but I personally find it appalling. Other than the price negotiation everything else was very smooth and the dealership staff were professional and friendly. More

I never once felt pressured. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork Darius Carter was great. He was able to get me a lower interest rate than my own bank had already approved me for. I also recommend to research on several types of vehicles and compare before you buy or start shopping for one particular model. The best resource is Kelly Blue Book. They have in-depth reviews on all models and compare brands. They go over the smallest of details and recommend which model of that particular car that works best for fuel economy and or price. After you research check out what is advertised online at different dealerships. If you are set on one compare the prices. I caution however, at this particular dealership the online price for the exact model I was interested in did not match, nor did management want to sell it for that online price. I was disappointed with the price negotiation. I walked away without a purchase on my first visit. I was willing to work with the salesman after several days of back and forth phone calls. I told him what my car buying needs were and the price I wanted it. I still did not receive the online advertised price but they did give me a $2500 discount from full price. I used the Texas Air Check program and that did help lower the price and even though that was not my money it did feel like I was taken advantage because of the opportunity. If you are planning to pay out of pocket for the down payment I highly recommend to ask before you test drive what the final price is on the vehicle and see if it matches the advertised online price.
