It could have been better. 3 things could have been better that, to me, are big deals. One, not being notified or let known of the scratch/dig on the side of the car. I see that they purposefully avoided pictures of that side and didn't mention it. Was pouring that day so unfortunately I did not notice until I got home. Two, they were not knowledgeable about a Chevy car in a Hyundai place...even though Vandergriff ALSO has a Chevy place. The details online said specifically that this car came with key fobs....yet when I inquired about it they were clueless, then told me they got the car without with fobs. AT LEAST put that in the car's description on your website instead of plainly stating it comes with it. Third, it took HOURS getting checked out and needed a new battery which was a major inconvenience. You've had this vehicle for months and didn't think to get it inspected?! You wait till someone is there to purchase and then waste their time? We were already there for 5 hours, I didn't need to be there longer. They should have driven it down to my home for not being prepared but the best they could do is meet us half-way for a switch. Honestly, that scratch makes me feel jipped and scammed. More

Friendly Had my first purchase at Vandergriff Hyuandi. Ezekiel was really great to work with. If they had more of him it would of been a better experience.
