Upon entering the showroom, she was ignored. Just before walking out, the receptionist arranged her to meet Alex. She was upset and made me upset. It would have been a deal breaker. I was prepared to take my business elsewhere. In fact, I was making arrangements with another dealership, because Alex was non-commital on pricing and negotiations.
