Purchase of a 2017 Santa Fe Sport This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. I understand these are Vandergriff's interpretation of the laws of Texas, but I suspect Vandergriff is too strict and probably not justified in their interpretation... Otherwise, Vandergriff has been in business a long time and has a good reputation in this area. ( I bought a new car from them in 1958.) I visited two other dealers in my area, both of which were nearer to my home, and Vandergriff offered me the best deal. I am satisfied. More

I was informed that I could change it with the institution that approved my loan. This was a big inconvenience, as I was told by the institution that this was an in service from thr dealership and I had to come down to make any changes to the loan contract.
