First time here and was overwheliming As soon as we drove up we noticed a group of young guys standing around talking. You are unnecessarily approached/attacked by a salesperson as soon as you get there, no chance to look arounder or even walk in the building. We spoke to someone on the phone before we arrived and scheduled a test drive. The person we spoke with was with other customers and took a really long time to help us. When he did come back he helped us for a little bit and then had to go help other people again which took a really long time. When it came to talk about price and the deal for the vehicle he had to go speak to other people and it seemed to take a really long time. They really needed more help inside. Instead of having all those guys standing outside. We came to this dealership because of the prices and vehicle selection we found online. When we got there we were told those prices included incentives that we were not qualified for, and therefore we couldn't get the online prices. Also, it did not include the prices of additional features such as window tinting which drove the price up more. I had to do a lot of negotiating to get a price that I felt comfortable with. The whole buying experience took alost five hours. More

Car Buying Experience Overall it was a decent experience. Jeff was super nice and I went in knowing exactly what I wanted so that process was super quick. When negotiating the price we had agreed on a price, then 40 minutes later they came out saying they couldn't finance that amount after the sales manager already okay'd it. We told them we were leaving and then that's when they "worked their magic" and got it down to the original price agreed upon.
