Bob's experience buying a new car. I had a bad experience at another car dealer and decided to stop at Vandergriff Hyundai to look for a new car. Our salesman, Lou Margetis met us in t I had a bad experience at another car dealer and decided to stop at Vandergriff Hyundai to look for a new car. Our salesman, Lou Margetis met us in the showroom with a big smile and asked if he could help. I told him we wanted to look around and would let him know when we had questions. He was ok with this and never became pushy. My wife visited the dealer three or four times looking at a Santa Fe and then changed her mind. This did not bother Lou and remained patient even after she changed her mind the 2nd time. We finally decided on the Elantra and Lou found us the color we wanted. He worked with us to get a good price and then Hector Garnica worked with us to finalize the deal. Both these men did everything they could to be sure we left satisfied and we are so far. Both Bernado and Darius made the signing of the financial papers go smoothly and quickly. My experience at Vandergriff was great. 5 Star. More
