Another excellent experience at Vandergriff Hyundai We had come to the dealership Saturday morning for a oil change for our 2013 Hyundai dealing with your excellent service advisor Michael Frame. While We had come to the dealership Saturday morning for a oil change for our 2013 Hyundai dealing with your excellent service advisor Michael Frame. While we waited we were looking around the showroom and Lou Margetis asked how our service had been with Vandergriff. And then began to tell us of the great deals they had on the 2015 models. Due to a long commute, we were interested in a Hybrid. Lou took us for a test drive in a couple of models and was able to secure us a great deal and we were out of there by 1:30. Lou was very cordial, professional and it was obvious that he cared that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Even providing us with food to snack on as we had not eaten breakfast that day. Another excellent employee of yours.
