Today I went to the dealership to test drive a 2021 hybrid Santa Fe, 3 k miles. As soon as I sit down Salesman Andy says just so you know there is a markup on all cars. So he confirmed the sticker pric hybrid Santa Fe, 3 k miles. As soon as I sit down Salesman Andy says just so you know there is a markup on all cars. So he confirmed the sticker price that is advertised is not the price. I told him no thanks. Of course he went to his manger who said drive it and if I like it we can talk. I drive the vehicle which was filthy, ice cream on the seats. Come back and Andy brings me the paperwork with a 6200k mark up!!! I asked for a copy he says yes then goes to make a copy and tells me I can’t have a copy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VANDERGRIFF HYUNDIA IN ARLINGTON. More

I'm very disappointed with this dealership. Their internet sales prices are deceptive. I inquired about a vehicle priced at $30,115. After spending a day discussing the details of the vehicle, the internet sales prices are deceptive. I inquired about a vehicle priced at $30,115. After spending a day discussing the details of the vehicle, the price, financing, trade in, etc., the final sales offer price was $4,500 higher than their price advertised on cars.com and on their website. Vandegriff's internet sales manager (Ashley) and new car sales manager informed me that "the $4500 difference is for Market Value Adjustment. This is an additional amount that is added to all of our new car vehicles due to the vehicle shortage." In other words, the advertised price on their website and on cars.com is deceptive, especially since there was no explanation of this in advance either on the website or by their salesperson (Adam). Very crooked practices to get business. More
