Very knowledgeable staff that places customer needs first. When I purchased my C7 Z06, I had heard about the rim cracking problem but since I bought the car for weekend and recreational driving I didn’ first. When I purchased my C7 Z06, I had heard about the rim cracking problem but since I bought the car for weekend and recreational driving I didn’t think I needed addition protection. Plus I was determined no to be up sold on any plans or packages. I wish I could remember the name of the sales manager that hammered me until I relented and bought into the road hazard protection but fast forward 8 months and I took my car into a Chevy dealer for new tires (already over 2K) just to be told both rear rims were cracked at nearly 1K a piece! Luckily I remembered the road hazard I bought. MPP covered the cost of the rims as well as mounting and balancing the tires. The plan paid fir itself in one claim and it was approved within an hour of the dealership making the call and sending pictures of the damage. Thank you much! I will becoming to you 1st my next vehicle purchase. More
