Walked in at 8:30am as soon as they opened. The sales reps appeared to be in a meeting, so I patiently waited. After waiting for no more than a minute, a salesmen named Tanner approached me asking how he reps appeared to be in a meeting, so I patiently waited. After waiting for no more than a minute, a salesmen named Tanner approached me asking how he could help out today. I gave him a small description of the specific truck I wanted and he already knew which one I was talking about which was pretty nice. He asked for my DL and promptly went to grab the keys. Prior to coming here, I have looked at many other trucks the day before and pretty much knew the features of the vehicle I was about to look at, so I gave it a quick look and went for a test drive. After the test drive, I knew this was the one. Tanner was able to help with all the questions that I had, and if he didn’t know the answer to a question, he made sure that he would get the answer for me. The whole process was super smooth, along with not waiting too long to get into finance. I recommend shopping here for your next vehicle. More
Very bad customer service for new car buyer. Stiffed us on the 2nd set of remote/key and it has been over 8 months with no resolution. Lied to us twice that the remote has been mailed out.Spoke to their GM on the 2nd set of remote/key and it has been over 8 months with no resolution. Lied to us twice that the remote has been mailed out.Spoke to their GM last month who assured resolution but never called back or responded. We have emails as proof that we sent out to Hyundai directly and text message to their sales manager for proof that we were owed a remote. These remotes are pricey to justify us buying on our own. Will talk to an attorney soon on principle. Will buy next year form down the street instead of taking a40 minute drive to this crap place. More
