Went in for service. I was getting an alarm on my brand new car. David was awesome. Explained everything to me and told me what he needed from insurance. It was the smallest damage, that wasn’t easy to fin new car. David was awesome. Explained everything to me and told me what he needed from insurance. It was the smallest damage, that wasn’t easy to find but they did and gave me my options. Both days I went in everyone was so courteous even though they were obviously busy. Even though it would be more convenient for me to have my repairs done by the company my insurance company requires me to get the estimate with I am taking the money they give me for the repair and going to Vandergriff. No need to bring your own water everyone will offer you a bottle :D Sales was a different experience for me. She tried to sell me a car about $7k more than MSRP, more than what every other dealership in the Meteoplex offered. Ridiculous. So I purchased somewhere else but I love the service team More
