Charging more than MSRP!! Other Hyundai dealers don't!! First let me say used to work for 10 years for a large software company that produces systems for auto dealership management. So I have spent many da First let me say used to work for 10 years for a large software company that produces systems for auto dealership management. So I have spent many days in the dealership world and know how things work. I went to VH last night trying to find and buy the new Hyundai Palisade. This SUV had everything I wanted in a vehicle and I test drove it and liked it even more. I was more than happy to pay the full sticker price. We then sat down to negotiate the deal and at that point I was informed there would be a $3000 markup added by Vandergriff Hyundai due to the fact that this was a new vehicle and in demand. While this is legal and it highly immoral and just plain gouging people because the vehicle is in demand. This is WRONG and many dealers will not do this. NEVER EVER PAY ABOVE MSRP. STAY AWAY FROM VANDERGRIFF HYUNDAI!!! If you want a Palisade contact other Hyundai dealers and just ask them straight up "Do you charge any dealer add ons if I buy a Palisade (or any other car/truck) from you. Also beware of other types of add ons like destination fees, striping/etching fees, life insurance fees, prep fees. These are all bs added by dealers to pad their bottom line. Check out You Tube there are many videos out there that show you how to avoid dealer scams and rip offs and help you be well informed when you walk into the dealership. I especially recommend Chevy Dude. More

We bought a car back in June and they said it came with Kahu. I never received my code for the app. I have called, messaged and gone up there to get it. That was a week ago and I have still yet to hear back from him or receive my code i feel like I should get a refund because I never received the product I HAD to pay for. This is my second car to buy from here, but I don’t know if I will be purchasing again. I am very disappointed in the customer service. I also do not recommend their used cars. That is our fault and I have learned my lesson. We bought our car in the evening and got it home to find 2 chips in the front windshield (they don’t replace it unless it’s undriveable), there is a rattle in the back, and we have already had to replace the battery. The car is a 2018 with 20,000 miles..... More
Service was quick and painless. The waiting area bar with the plugs and high chairs was awesome for getting work done while I was waiting. Maybe highlight the hot beverages better; the cold brew tastes funky. The text message letting me know the car is ready is perfect. Super efficient automated system. On a separate visit for my sister's car, Mike Highlen was quick to resolve an issue that came up. He personally ensured the car was fixed and communicated with me often with updates. Great service. More
