Great buying experience I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and traded in my old car. After looking online with all the Hyundai dealerships across DFW and beyond, I could s I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and traded in my old car. After looking online with all the Hyundai dealerships across DFW and beyond, I could see that Vandergriff had the best prices for used Santa Fe vehicles. I got a very competitive price for a 2017 Santa Fe in excellent condition, and a free 6 month warranty. The buying experience was very efficient and I got service from the sales team and later from the finance (Bernardo). Highly recommended! More

New Car Purchase Elantra Value Edition l I was in the market for a new Elantra and visited just about every Hyundai website around the Metro-Mess. I was impressed with Vandergriff's initial I was in the market for a new Elantra and visited just about every Hyundai website around the Metro-Mess. I was impressed with Vandergriff's initial discounts as well as all the incentives that I qualified for...Saved a bundle! Being this was not my first rodeo, I certainly did some homework by sanity-checking myself to ensure Vandergriff's dealer discounts were for-real and exactly what incentives I was eligible for. I compared website prices and called around to several dealerships to nail-down a firm price. Vandergriff was the most forthcoming with an actual price right over the phone...they even revealed the document fee and there was a firm out-the-door price quoted to me right over the phone before even stepping in to the dealership which was honored to the penny. I also checked all the reviews about Vandergriff I could find on the web. I have to say, I was skeptical to say the least. But I figured if they try to upsell me, I'd just walk as I don't really need a car right now, but I'd buy if the price was right. There were A LOT of negative reviews concerning upsales / bait & switch about this dealership. Frankly, I experienced ABSOLUTELY NOTHING even remotely close to any type of unsavory sales tactics that others experienced/ reported. They honored their web-site discounts to the penny as well as ensured I received all of the factory-sponsored incentives that I qualified for. Perhaps the negative ratings on the web are from some "Buyers Remorse" people...I can't say. But I for one got a fantastic deal from both the sales side of the house as well as the finance side...nobody tried to charge me extra for paint protection, wheel locks, nitrogen-filled tires and all that hype. My salseman was Andy Im (yes, Im) and he was fantastic! I personally would reccomend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car purchase. More
