Horrible experience Horrible customer service. I went along with a friend to buy a car for him. Bought the car and after we were back with the car on the weekend. He cou Horrible customer service. I went along with a friend to buy a car for him. Bought the car and after we were back with the car on the weekend. He couldn't call his agent and get the insurance as it was weekend and the agent was out on Monday as well. He didn't drive the car at all through this period. Next day, one of their representatives started threatening my friend with statements such as " we will report the car stolen if you don't send insurance by 1:30 pm" and was extremely rude throughout the conversations. We sent the insurance before the deadline but they need to learn how to behave with people! We are students at UT Arlington and not some thieves. They knew that we are students. One of the worst customer service ever. More

My service consultant was excellent I was involved in a one car accident and hit a wild animal in the freeway. I was completely devastated. He answered all my questions and was very prompt in returning my calls and providing me the information on the extensive damage done tk my car.
