One word to sum up my experience at Vanguard Kia- Shady. From my sales associate to the used car manager, everything was difficult and convoluted. No integrity or moral compass to be found. I purchased an From my sales associate to the used car manager, everything was difficult and convoluted. No integrity or moral compass to be found. I purchased an $80k corvette from them (I know, I should have know better) and the experience could not have been worse. After the deal was originally signed and completed, it took them two days to deliver my vehicle. Upon delivery at 9pm, I noticed several scratches that were not on the vehicle when I purchased it. The sales associate assured me everything would be repaired to the original state. After attempting to contact the associate for four days without success, I escalated the situation to the used car manager, Clinton. He apologized for the situation and assured me everything would be handled by him moving forward. After two weeks trying to get my vehicle repaired, they put me in a loaner vehicle and took my vehicle. Prior to doing this, I wanted to ensure nothing would be reported to the carfax to which Clinton replied "you have my word- nothing will go on the carfax." Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, everything looked to be done correctly and I departed the dealership. Nearly one year later, I was looking at trading in said vehicle when I was notified that there was damage reported to the carfax. To my surprise, the date of reported damage was during the time they had my vehicle for repair. Frustrated, I went to vanguard kia to see what had happened and what could be done to remedy the issue. I brought all my documentation and text proof from Clinton. Lo and behold, Clinton no longer was employed by this company. I asked to speak to the new (used) sales manager or GM and I was given a sale associated that was "on the way to being a manager." This conversation was a complete waste of time. The new (used) sales manager decided to grace us with his presence and proceeds to tell me this melodramatic story about how he purchased a vehicle in a boarder town and the owner prior decided to partake in some insurance fraud by claiming an incident after the car had been sold. Completely trying to insinuate that this was clearly the prior owner that did this and not vanguard. What he did not know is the carfax was able to confirm that this report was in-fact from vanguard kia. He told me that their insurance deductibles were $3k and it wouldn't have been from them. Then proceeded to "help me get out of the situation" by upselling me on a new GMC from their sister store. I left the dealership discouraged and angry. Legal representation has been retained. In closing, please do yourself a favor, stay away from this dealership! More

Monday I took it in to get a driver's side head lamp replaced. The mechanic didn't have one on hand so we went the parts desk only to find out they didn't have one in stocks and they'd have to order one. So I said okay, order one. I also decided to get my key replaced only to find out that they still didn't have that shank in stocks either!! Sorry Vanguard but wer'e not giving you our business!! Worst customer service ever!!! I purchased 2018 F250 Deleted and with the exhaust system removed They sold me a truck that they did not have the title for. 46 days still no title! I talked to accou Deleted and with the exhaust system removed They sold me a truck that they did not have the title for. 46 days still no title! I talked to accounting and tag department. Several other stalling tactics they used. So I called today and they gave me one voicemail after another. Finally I tell them I want to speak to used sales manager a guy named Rodney answered the phone and began to blame me because I did not finance with them saying I should have financed with them and I would not have this problem. I asked to speak with someone else he tells to xxxx off that he was the manager I asked for his last name he tells me it don’t matter because he’s quitting. Then he gives the phone to a TJ I asked for that guys last name he told me it was carter(I looked dealership up after I got off phone he lied it was KOON). TJ told me that he called over to accountant and got it fixed.and that they was sending me another paper fedex overnight. So I will be contacting the EPA to discuss whether are not the sell of truck was legal. Because the sold the truck without exhaust emissions system and deleted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST! AND VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. OBVIOUSLY BY READING THE OTHER REVIEWS THE OWNER MUST NOT CARE. ALSO I ASKED TJ WHO THE OWNER WAS AND OF COURSE HE DID NOT KNOW. More
They said his name is TJ which I don’t believe so he’s the used car department manager when we first came in to trade my wife’s car we agreed on the price and i told them i bank with my local credit union the used car department manager when we first came in to trade my wife’s car we agreed on the price and i told them i bank with my local credit union and i will be financing with them they said they have a better credit union to bank so a ran my credit with them so after 5 hours and a half at the dealership they tell me the about an interest rate 2% more then what my bank is giving me so i say ok I’ll just stick to my bank they go you either buy with our bank or they wont sell me the car long story short this dealership is trying to rip customers off with interest rate and they waste your time to feel bad leaving after losing your day waiting in there offices stay away not recommended at all More
