I was looking online for a replacement for a vehicle my son wrecked, and saw almost the exact same SUV that was in the accident. He was not pushy, although he did remind us that it was a great deal and would likely sell quickly. We left the lot and looked elsewhere, both private owners and another dealership. I was unable to find any other car within my price range that even came close as far as quality. He didn't really have to work to push the SUV, as I know it is a good car, and also that it is a safe car (my kid is still with us). The price was fair, and Marc gave us a free CarFax report. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, I called Marc, and he had the paperwork and car ready when we arrived. I probably spent a total of 1 hour at the dealership with both visits. That has never happened to me before. It usually encompasses several hours. I did not feel rushed, and I did not feel pushed into something I may not want. Thank you. I always have a good nights sleep before I make a big decision so the next morning we were there bright and early. We negociated the price, and I feel like I got a great deal on it too.
