My review is the fact we couldn’t get a deal done. I called and applied for a truck the price was 5000 online but I wasn’t approved for it. Best dealership experience I have had! This dealership was amazing! I worked with Grant Anderson who was the best I have ever worked with! I went to 2 other dealerships before this and the This dealership was amazing! I worked with Grant Anderson who was the best I have ever worked with! I went to 2 other dealerships before this and the only reason I bought from here was because of Grant. He knew his product and helped find exactly what I needed. He made sure the car had what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me something that would “work”. His knowledge of the inventory on the lot is great! I also want to say how efficient he was. I left to go home to think about it and called him the next morning and said I will come at 3pm to get it. He then made sure everything was ready so when I came in I didn’t have to spend hours waiting to get my car. I spent about 45 minutes total and I was done and driving home. Worked with Kenny the finance manager he's very unprofessional... He was very condescending I'm very surprised you guys and play somebody like this... Vann York did not have the color I wanted in stock, so Chris went and found one exactly that I wanted - and even had a few extras. Unfortunately, I will have to get to know the service department soon, as the vehicle is having transmission issues at the moment (only 650 miles on it) but, I cannot fault the sales team for this. I would not hesitate to purchase from or recommend them for your purchase. More
