Great Customer Service! I stopped by after another dealer didn't have the selection I was looking for. It was very close to closing, and I didn't plan on talking to any pushy I stopped by after another dealer didn't have the selection I was looking for. But then this ball of sunshine energy, Edna, came over and instantly felt like I was dealing with an honest real person who wanted to help me buy the right car, not just sell a car. We came back the next day anxious to work with her a buy a car! She was busy and graciously asked Donald to assist us, I almost left and came back later just to work with her, but once I met Donald, he was just as warm as Edna. Horrible Service Dept. Refused to cover warranty.Took my Hyndai to another dealer and they fixed the car under warranty,over $700 in repair. I was given the run around and waited 3 days for the service dept manager to speak with me. He proceeded to quote "alternative facts" to me, 2 things that were absolutely untrue. I wound up towing the car to another dealer who jumped through hoops to preform excellent service when they heard of my ordeal at this dealership. I had heard neighbors Carolina Hyndai had a bad reputation.I should have taken their warning. More
