Wow! We were outta towners, just drove in with a slight issue, and BAM! We were out of there in less than an hour and a half! We had driven down from Michigan to Florida, and did not get our car checked out before hand, due to limited time. We drove right into the service garage and they had time right then and there to fix us up! The attitude at Vatland Honda permeated through the company. Right down to the sweet lady that offered us cookies and coffee. THIS is what makes a company stand out above the rest. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, knowledge and efficiency to diagnose and fix the problem, or prevent problems. We bought our Honda at Serra of Grandville Michigan. Once John entered the necessary information, everything came up. It was a very slick deal, because we could not remember if we paid for additional services when we purchased the car 6 months. John did. So thank you Honda for your most excellent computer software that stretches across the country to all Honda dealers.
