I took my 2017 Lincoln continental reserve I was there needing my car to be gone through to fix anything that needs attention. Me and the Girl that works the front desk walked the car The rear window seal needing my car to be gone through to fix anything that needs attention. Me and the Girl that works the front desk walked the car The rear window seals had gotten damaged maybe from the car wash long story short I was there a month ago thinking those seals got order but I called today and she transfers me to someone else and he says Im looking at your file and dont see anything .This dealership was VALU Ford and they were the worst dealership I've ever been to things haven't changed. Sales people need to be trained to provide customer service. Knowledge was missing and the whole experience was frustrating. They were not staffed well-one person trying to do multiple tasks which slow service. Knowledge was missing and the whole experience was frustrating. When one has an appointment set up to purchase a vehicle you expect the sales people to be ready. This review document needs to be updated too! I did not purchase a Ford from them.
